Partner

Nicholas J. Pascal is a Partner in Vedder Price’s London office and a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions group.

Mr. Pascal is a veteran finance lawyer, and regularly advises international clients on complex cross-border financings, distressed debt and restructurings in various sectors, including entertainment, telecommunications and energy.  He provides English Law advice and guidance on a broad range of finance transactions, including corporate finance, acquisition finance, private placement and project finance transactions. Additionally, over the course of his career he has represented corporate clients, investment banks and development finance institutions across a variety of industries and jurisdictions with a special focus on emerging markets, Africa and the EMEA region.

Mr. Pascal received his L.P.C. from the College of Law in London with distinction and his L.L.B. (Hons), at the University of Exeter School of Law, in England.  He is a Solicitor in England and Wales.
