Nicholas Anaclerio, a Shareholder in Vedder Price's Chicago office and member of the firm's Labor & Employment group, was quoted in a Crain's Chicago Business article detailing a former executive's bonus dispute with a previous employer. A former Chief Financial Officer of the Chicago-based real estate firm Campus Acquisitions (now known as CA Ventures) sued the company claiming that it and an affiliate failed to pay him a sizeable bonus allegedly owed for a transaction closed before his separation. Mr. Anaclerio weighed in on several key issues central to the litigation.
