Ms. Kim focuses her practice on M&A matters representing private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions and majority and minority investments.

Ms. Kim received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her undergraduate degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. While in law school, Ms. Kim served as Head Articles Editor and Senior Editor for the Asian Law Review.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Kim was a corporate associate at two prominent firms in New York and Los Angeles.
