Junaid A. Zubairi, Vedder Price Shareholder and Chair of the firm's Government Enforcement & Special Investigations practice group, will serve as a panelist at this year's 34th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute conference.

Mr. Zubairi’s session, titled "Updates in Securities Litigation and Enforcement," will cover a variety of topics relating to recent SEC trends and news. Specifically, Mr. Zubairi will discuss the SEC's new Financial Reporting and Audit Task Force as well as FCPA compliance and litigation advice. During this session, he will also address employment issues pertaining to Dodd-Frank and SOX requirements.
