Mr. Zhou focuses his practice on representing clients in complex financial and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs and corporate reorganizations. He has helped private equity clients and their portfolio companies, national and international companies conduct strategic mergers and acquisitions transactions, and provided legal support to his clients in a wide variety of corporate matters. He has particular experience assisting domestic subsidiaries of Chinese companies and investors transacting business in the United States.

Mr. Zhou received his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school Mr. Zhou was an Associate Editor for the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree from Beijing University of Technology.

Mr. Zhou is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese.
