Jacob C. Tiedt, a Shareholder in the Investment Services group, will participate in a panel discussion at ACA Compliance Group’s Spring 2019 Compliance and Performance Conference, held May 8-10 in Miami, Florida.

Mr. Tiedt’s panel on May 10, entitled “Liquidity Rule—Past, Present and Future,” will address the SEC’s new liquidity risk management rule and the current state of investment company liquidity rule programs and compliance. Among other things, the panel will discuss liquidity classification processes, processes for monitoring a fund’s highly liquid investment minimum and making Form N-LIQUID filings with the SEC.
