We provide counsel to certifying boards, licensing agencies and accrediting bodies in developing and implementing testing and other evaluation programs that satisfy antitrust, due process, and testing, including ADA requirements. We also assist our association clients in establishing standard setting and certification programs either as a component of the association or through a separate controlled entity.
