Premarital Agreements

We prepare premarital agreements for clients who are concerned about control and management of assets during marriage and the disposition of assets and maintenance after termination of marriage. Clients range from younger individuals marrying for the first time, who may be concerned about protecting assets acquired before marriage, a family business or assets received by gift or inheritance, to older persons who want to take care of both their new spouse and children from a prior marriage.
