Litigating Employment Cases

10/14/2004 - 10/15/2004

Please join Vedder Price's Alan Koral and other distinguished panelists for this annual program designed to provide you with plaintiff, defense and judicial perspectives - delivered as practical, pragmatic tips, "do's" and "don'ts," forms and checklists - that will help you become a more effective employment litigator.  What differentiates this program from other CLE programs is that most of this pragmatic advice is given to you by judges, the same judges who will be presiding over your cases.

Once again this year, we have enlisted the help of more than 25 U.S. District Court Judges and Magistrate Judges, who will help you gain an "insider's" view.  Not only will the judges answer your questions, they will discuss the "hottest" employment litigation issues.

You will also receive tips and strategic pointers from leading plaintiff and management employment law practitioners.

The litigation process will be analyzed, from case selection and preparation (from the plaintiff and defense perspectives) for a new or anticipated case through trial, in both panel discussions and comprehensive course materials.

This is a practical, pragmatic seminar focused on helping you improve your skills.

Topics addressed at the program will be analyzed in greater depth in high-quality, practical course materials.
