As the World Turns: Perspectives on International Labor and Employment Law
03/07/2008 - 03/08/2008
The Labor & Employment Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, in conjunction with the Cornell ILR School, is pleased and proud to invite you to a special day-and-a-half program on March 7 and 8, 2008 entitled: "As the World Turns: Perspectives on International Labor and Employment Law."
The program provides an overview of international labor and employment law for lawyers who are not experts in the area, including labor and employment lawyers with limited knowledge of the international aspects of that field, and international lawyers with limited knowledge of the labor and employment law aspects of that field. The panels include many leading international labor and employment lawyers (including several from Europe and Canada), representing the perspectives of all relevant constituencies, including lawyers who represent employers (in-house and outside), employees, and unions.
Alan M. Koral , of the Firm's New York office, is Chair-Elect of the NYSBA Labor and Employment Section and he is also a moderator for one of the panel discussion sessions. For registration information, please view the following invitation.
