Karen Layng will present at the Construct2008 Education Program in Las Vegas on Thursday, June 5, 2008. Her topic is "How to Limit Liability Arising from Environmental Incidents."
Karen is the Litigation Practice Area leader, chair of the Construction Law Group, chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Board of Directors. Karen is also a Leading Lawyer in Commercial Litigation and serves on their Construction Advisory Panel.
