Developing and maintaining business records are extremely important components of any organization's operations. Not only does record keeping involve many practical issues, but it is also governed by numerous regulations and legal requirements arising in the areas of labor and employment law, business law and environmental law.
This seminar is designed to provide business owners, human resource professionals, payroll professionals, bookkeepers and accountants with the legal and practical information they need to know in order to ensure compliance with record keeping laws and to identify and address the business records issues affecting their federal law operations. The program will cover a variety of record keeping topics related to several different areas of state and federal law and will be presented by an experienced faculty who will give both legal insight and practical solutions for handling record keeping issues.
