Gregory G. Wrobel Co-Authors “Economic Experts: The Challenges of Gatekeepers and Complexity”
Authors: Gregory G. Wrobel
Gregory G. Wrobel, Shareholder and Chair of the firm’s Antitrust practice group, co-authored the article “Economic Experts: The Challenges of Gatekeepers and Complexity” for the Summer 2011 issue of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust.
Mr. Wrobel, who is also Articles Editor for Antitrust, discusses the ways in which practice and procedure for economic experts in antitrust cases have evolved over the past ten years. The impact of lower-court rulings as gatekeepers and increasingly complex economic theories, for example, present challenges in the preparation and presentation of expert economic evidence.
