ITC Halts Import Of Infringing Composite Wear Products
Topic Description: Law360, New York (November 25, 2009) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an investigation into certain composite wear products made by AIA Engineering Ltd. and Vega Industries Ltd. USA after issuing an order barring the importation of these products, which infringe a Magotteaux International SA patent.
John Gresens and Robert Rigg were assisted by William Voller, III, Alain Villeneuve and Jimmie Tolliver.
