PCAOB Adopts Reporting Requirements for Registered Accounting Firms
Topic Description: Section 102(d) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 provides that registered public accounting firms are required to submit an annual report to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (“PCAOB”), and may also be required to report more frequently information specified by the PCAOB or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
