James W. Morrissey joined Vedder Price in 2000 as an associate in the General Corporate and Financial Institutions Group practice areas.

Mr. Morrissey counsels corporate and financial institution clients on a wide variety of issues, including mergers & acquisitions, the development of new financial products, and bank regulatory compliance.  Mr. Morrissey also has experience working on securities offerings and general corporate matters.

Publications include "U.S. v. O'Hagan: A Results Oriented Approach to Insider Trading Cases," 48 DePaul Law Review 161 (1998).
