Jeffrey C. Davis is a shareholder of Vedder Price. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Davis practiced corporate and financial institutions law, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing and commercial lending, first as an attorney with ABN AMRO North America, Inc., and then as Senior Counsel for Household International, Inc.
Mr. Davis concentrates his practice on representing corporations, financial institutions, public bodies and individuals in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, technology licensing, electronic commerce, corporate finance arrangements and general corporate matters. He has served as principal counsel for both vendors and users of information technology products and services. He regularly provides advice and counsel on data processing agreements, software development agreements, software licensing agreements, outsourcing arrangements, multi-media content acquisition agreements, distribution agreements, consulting agreements, and strategic alliances for our firm’s client base.
Mr. Davis is a member of the American Bar Association and is active in several charitable organizations, including Kaleidoscope, Inc. and EA/TEF Family Support Connection.

Mr. Davis is the co-author of a chapter in the handbook for Advising Illinois Financial Institutions (Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education-2002).
