Brian W. Ledebuhr joined Vedder Price as an Associate in the Litigation practice area. Mr. Ledebuhr represents and counsels corporations and individuals on all litigation concerns, including commercial, contract, bankruptcy, intellectual property, securities fraud, restrictive covenant violations, and other business tort matters in both US state and federal court.
Mr. Ledebuhr attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he served as president of Loyola’s Student Bar Association. During law school, he clerked for Judge Brigid Mary McGrath in the Circuit Court of Cook County. In addition, he was a teaching assistant to first-year law students in Legal Writing. Mr. Ledebuhr is also a volunteer for a number of charitable organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Komen for the Cure Foundation, the West Suburban Humane Society, and Big Brothers of Chicago.
