Brandon J. Fleischman joined the New York office of Vedder Price as a member of the Corporate Reorganization, Bankruptcy and Insolvency group and the Global Transportation Finance team.
Mr. Fleischman represents international lenders in a variety of cross-border aircraft and railcar finance transactions. He also concentrates his practice in corporate reorganizations and workouts, and has represented international clients in both in-court and out-of-court sales, purchases, foreclosures and restructurings.
During law school, Mr. Fleischman was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Stan Bernstein, United States Bankruptcy Court, EDNY.
