Blake Smith joined the New York office of Vedder Price in 2010 as an Associate in the firm's Global Transportation Finance team and Finance and Transactions practice group.

While attending the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Smith was the Senior Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal from 2009 to 2010.
