Corporate Services
Mr. Julius provides clients a wide range of corporate services, including structuring and negotiating stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers of businesses. He has significant experience in negotiating and structuring finance transactions, including acquisition financing and private equity transactions. His corporate work has also involved sophisticated licensing transactions related to copyright and trademark issues.
Real Estate and Real Estate Taxation
Mr. Julius’ real estate experience is extensive and includes work on development, rehabilitation, leasing, financing, property taxation, zoning and business organization matters. He has represented owners and developers of commercial and industrial real estate in a wide range of transactions, including hotel and mixed-use office developments. He has significant experience in all aspects of property development including the acquisition, drafting of covenants, conditions and restrictions and the related zoning and land use issues that arise as part of any development project.
Development and Construction
Mr. Julius has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, engineers and architects on mechanic’s lien disputes, contract negotiations, performance issues, licensing, bidding and regulatory matters.

- Documented and negotiated a $25 million investment in an automobile parts manufacturing company by a private equity venture
