Norman B. Julius is a shareholder at Vedder Price and past practice area coordinator of the Real Estate Group. He represents local, national and international companies on broad matters of a corporate and commercial nature and advises both private and public entities on all aspects of real estate and commercial law. Mr. Julius’ real estate and commercial law experience is extensive and includes work on development, rehabilitation, leasing, financing, property tax, zoning and business organization matters. Mr. Julius has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, engineers and architects on mechanic’s lien disputes, contract negotiations, performance issues, licensing, bidding and regulatory matters. Mr. Julius has lectured nationally on the Americans with Disabilities Act and has spoken to private groups and professional organizations on corporate and business planning techniques.
