Ryan O. Lawlor is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Area.

Mr. Lawlor concentrates his practice in corporate reorganizations and workouts, and has represented domestic and international clients in both in-court and out-of-court sales, purchases, foreclosures and restructurings. Mr. Lawlor also has substantial experience in negotiating and drafting secured financing agreements, forbearance agreements and transfer agreements for the sale and assignment of assets and distressed debt claims. In addition, Mr. Lawlor has acted as lead counsel to secured and unsecured creditors in complex state court and bankruptcy related litigation, including claims disputes, and fraudulent and preferential transfer suits.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Lawlor was an associate with Dickinson Wright PLLC in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Lawlor is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Illinois.
