Mark S. Goldstein is an Associate in the New York office of Vedder Price and is a member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups. Mr. Goldstein’s practice includes various facets of employment, securities, accountants’ liability and general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Goldstein received Fordham University School of Law’s Peter J. O’Connor Prize for having the highest GPA in New York Civil Practice and Evidence (2010) and was a staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.

Mr. Goldstein previously served as a legislative aide to New York State Assemblyman Jonathan Bing, where he assisted in researching and drafting state legislation.
