Laurel A. Dearborn joined Vedder Price’s Litigation Practice Group in 2006. She represents and counsels corporations and individuals on a variety of litigation concerns, including insurance, commercial and contract matters. She regularly counsels clients on issues related to records management and retention, electronic communications, and e-Discovery. Ms. Dearborn is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations.  Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Dearborn was an associate at Peabody & Arnold LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where she concentrated her practice on Directors and Officers Insurance Coverage and Liability.

Ms. Dearborn attended Boston University School of Law, where she represented pro bono clients in the Boston University Civil Litigation Program. She was also a member of the Boston University School of Law Public Interest Law Journal.
