Richard A. Zachar joined Vedder Price in 1994 as a shareholder in the Chicago office. Mr. Zachar has practiced law for over 25 years with concentrations in intellectual property and general corporate law, representing both domestic and foreign-based clients. Serving in the capacity of regular outside corporate counsel for a number of clients engaged in product manufacture and distribution, his practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial law fields in addition to his concentration in intellectual property. He has structured numerous types of commercial transactions, including R&D joint ventures, business and technology acquisitions and divestitures.
Mr. Zachar was elected to Pi Tau Sigma and is registered to practice before the Patent and Trademark Offfice. He is also a member of the federal trial bar.
