Robert W. Dixon joined the Chicago office of Vedder Price as an associate in 2001. Mr. Dixon focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on investment company and investment adviser matters. Mr. Dixon has also participated in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings and represents financial institutions in transactional and compliance matters.

Mr. Dixon serves on the board of directors for a private bank holding company. He is also a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
