Adam S. Lewis is a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Area. He represents and advises clients in a broad range of general corporate and corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, finance and other corporate transactions.  In addition, Mr. Lewis advises private equity firms in both mezzanine debt and private equity investments.

Mr. Lewis' practice involves representing public and private companies in a variety of transactions and financings.  He has expertise in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing all forms of corporate financings and transactions.  Also, Mr. Lewis' experience involves the formation of corporations, partnerships, LLCs and private equity funds.

Mr. Lewis also counsels clients with respect to issues involving taxes, real estate, intellectual property, software licensing, litigation and securities laws.
