David Golden joined the Equipment Finance Group at Vedder Price as an associate in May of 2007.
Mr. Golden has represented financial institutions as debt and equity investors in a wide variety of complex lending transactions, including synthetic leases, leveraged leases, mezzanine debt financings, merger and acquisition financings and credit-tenant loans, and has counseled insurance company investors in secured and unsecured privately-placed debt and equity issuances. His experience also includes the representation of the Export-Import Bank of the United States in a variety of aircraft lease financings.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, David was an associate in the Chicago and San Francisco offices of Chapman and Cutler LLP.
