Timothy M. Schank joined the Chicago office of Vedder Price in 2003. He is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Area.

Mr. Schank has substantial experience in a variety of litigation matters. He counsels and represents many of the firm’s clients on a wide variety of business and commercial disputes including complex financial institutions issues, directors and officers liability, restrictive covenants, bankruptcy, securities, construction disputes, mechanics liens, and other commercial matters. Mr. Schank’s litigation experience in these areas has involved proceedings in both state and federal courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Schank served for two years as a law clerk to The Honorable James Alesia in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He resides on the north side of Chicago, with his wife.
