An attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group, Chris Nybo represents employers in all aspects of equal opportunity, wrongful discharge, labor relations and wage and hour litigation before federal and state courts, and various federal, state and local administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Illinois Department of Labor. Mr. Nybo also counsels employers on a variety of employment issues, including employee discipline and discharge; disability accommodation; leaves of absence; and employee handbooks.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Nybo was a Law Clerk to The Honorable James B. Zagel of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Nybo was selected for inclusion on the 2010 Illinois Rising Stars list, which features outstanding young lawyers in the State of Illinois.
