William A. Kummerer is a Shareholder in the firm’s Finance and Transactions group. By combining his own expertise with the firm’s many resources and wide array of practice groups, he advises clients on virtually all aspects of corporate and business law, including general corporate counseling, M&A, copyright and trademark licensing matters, distribution and consignment arrangements, unfair-competition and infringement issues, employment matters, contract disputes, commercial litigation and structuring business ownership and investments.

Mr. Kummerer serves as lead corporate counsel to many entrepreneurial and closely held clients in industries ranging from traditional manufacturing and distribution to high-tech consulting, and he has significant experience in representing audio and video publishers in the entertainment and educational industries. He also has considerable experience in assisting privately owned middle-market companies in the purchase and sale of their businesses.
