Jeanah Park joined Vedder Price in January 2008 as an associate in the Litigation Practice Area.  She counsels and represents clients in a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, including contract, intellectual property, construction, employment, finance and business tort litigation.

Ms. Park focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including contract and construction disputes, complex patent infringement litigation of all types of technology, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, class action and consumer fraud defense, intellectual property, and other business tort matters in both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Park has appeared before several federal district courts, including the Eastern District of Texas (Marshall and Texarkana divisions), the Districts of Delaware and Minnesota, and the Northern District of Indiana.

Ms. Park has also litigated cases involving the enforcement of employee restrictive covenants, and has obtained injunctive relief and summary judgment on behalf of clients seeking enforcement of such covenants. She has extensive experience in state and federal motion and discovery practices and has obtained sanctions on behalf of clients based on discovery violations, including spoliation of evidence. Ms. Park is co-author of a chapter in the IICLE Business and Commercial Litigation practice handbook.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Park was an associate at a commercial litigation boutique firm in Chicago. She is a member of the Federation of Women Contractors and the National Association of Women in Construction. She is also a member of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Chicago Area.
