Eliza Hommel Peterson is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm's Finance and Transactions group. Ms. Peterson represents clients in the areas of finance, general corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Peterson works extensively in commercial finance, representing banks, finance companies and borrowers in asset-based, cash flow, acquisition, unsecured and bankruptcy-related lending transactions. Ms. Peterson has particular experience in loan transactions in the health care field in a variety of subindustries. She also represents lenders in restructurings and workouts of distressed companies.
Ms. Peterson advises clients on a wide range of corporate issues, and she represents both buyers and sellers in stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and other fundamental corporate transactions.
