Kiran S. Advani joined Vedder Price in 2006 as an associate in the Corporate Practice Area and Finance Group. Ms. Advani concentrates her practice on aircraft and railcar finance transactions. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Advani practiced in Rhode Island, handling mergers and acquisitions, and representing financial institutions in secured lending transactions.
