Joshua Nichols is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Litigation practice area. He counsels and represents clients on a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, including actions for breach of contract, securities fraud, restrictive-covenant violations, and director and officer liability, in both state and federal court and before FINRA and the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Nichols also counsels and represents clients in investigations by the FDIC, SEC and CFTC.   

While attending the University of Illinois College of Law, Mr. Nichols was an articles editor for the University of Illinois Law Review. As part of the college’s Federal Civil Rights Clinic, he served as lead counsel in a federal trial on a Section 1983 civil rights claim, for which he received a pro bono notation and a CALI Award.
