Christopher M. Golden joined Vedder Price in 2007 as an associate in the firm's Capital Markets practice group.  Mr. Golden’s practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions with an emphasis on capital raising through public offerings and private placements of securities and includes the representation of both underwriters and issuers.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Golden was an associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP.
