Gavin Hill is a Partner and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team.
Mr. Hill’s practice extends to the financing, leasing or purchase of hundreds of aircraft and engines around the world. He is able to advise in the context of all types of secured and unsecured loan and lease financing, operating leases, tax leases, purchase contract negotiations and most other types of arrangement involving commercial aircraft, business aircraft and aircraft engines.
Mr. Hill is recognized as a leading aviation/asset finance practitioner in the legal directories, including the current editions of Chambers UK, Chambers Global, Legal 500, Expert Guides–Aviation Lawyers, Legal Business–Legal Experts and Who’s Who Legal:Aviation.
Mr. Hill has spoken at a number of aviation finance conferences—most recently at the European Air Law Association (EALA) Aviation Finance Conference at the AirFinance Journal Investing in Engines Conference; and supports the educational and training requirements of clients.
