Mark I. Bogart joined Vedder Price in 1999 as a Shareholder and is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation groups.
Mr. Bogart represents a broad range of clients, including publicly traded corporations, privately held companies, financial institutions, hospitals, insurance companies and investment funds, on such matters as ESOP transactions, defined benefit plans, cash balance plans, 401(k) plans, group health plans, executive compensation and international stock purchase plans. He is a frequent speaker and author of a number of publications dealing with benefits matters.
Mr. Bogart is a member of the American Bar Association, the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
