Dana S. Armagno is a Shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Finance and Transactions group, which consists of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate securities and general corporate practices. Ms. Armagno joined the firm in 1995 and was elevated to shareholder status in 2000. Ms. Armagno counsels clients in a variety of corporate and finance matters.
In her corporate practice, Ms. Armagno represents individuals, private equity firms and corporate and noncorporate entities in structure, formation and capital investment matters. She also advises buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex mergers, asset and stock purchases and other fundamental corporate transactions.
In her finance practice, Ms. Armagno counsels lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting sophisticated commercial lending transactions involving secured and mezzanine debt. Ms. Armagno has extensive experience representing secured and mezzanine lenders in structuring intercreditor relationships and drafting and negotiating subordination and intercreditor agreements.
