Christopher T. Collins joined Vedder Price in 2002 as an associate in the Employee Benefits Practice Group. He counsels employers on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation law, including retirement and welfare plan design, qualification, compliance, COBRA continuation coverage and HIPAA privacy compliance. He frequently advises employers regarding benefit issues in connection with merger and acquisition transactions and Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service correction programs. Mr. Collins also represents companies and executives in the design and negotiation of executive compensation arrangements, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and other executive incentive plans.
Mr. Collins is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Junior Board for Boys Hope/Girls Hope of Chicago.
