Mark A. Partin joined Vedder Price in 2006 as an associate in the Litigation Practice Area. Mr. Partin maintains a broad litigation and counseling practice and represents individuals and corporations on a variety of commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Partin also has significant experience on various immigration matters, including employment of foreign nationals, citizenship and naturalization, prosecuting mandamus actions in federal courts and litigation matters in federal immigration court.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Partin was a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Chapman and Cutler, where he concentrated his practice on civil litigation. While in law school, Mr. Partin completed an externship at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region Five.
