Dennis P. Lindell is an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use Groups, focusing on commercial real estate, land use and real estate lending matters. Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Lindell worked in the Real Estate and Land Use practice groups at Dykema and Broad & Cassel where he focused on a diverse transactional real estate and land use practice. His transactional and land use work covered a broad range of projects, including large mixed-use planned unit developments, retail and office developments, industrial parks, condominium projects, manufacturing facilities and single-family and multi-family residential properties. Mr. Lindell has gained experience in both municipal and private development sectors.
Mr. Lindell has represented purchasers and sellers, lessors and lessees, lenders, equity investors, developers, associations, project operators and end users in transactions involving acquisition, due diligence, zoning, annexation, governmental entitlements, public incentive financing, construction, development, redevelopment and dispositions. Mr. Lindell has also represented various affordable-housing developers and acted as title agent for conventional and affordable housing transactions.
Mr. Lindell has also represented national lenders in connection with various acquisition and construction loans for large commercial real estate and condominium projects. Mr. Lindell is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Florida.
