Guy E. Snyder joined Vedder Price in 1996 as a shareholder and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Area.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, corporate and securities law. He works extensively in mergers and acquisitions, financings (including senior debt, mezzanine debt and private equity) and general business matters. Mr. Snyder acts as general counsel to a variety of middle market and upper middle market companies including several foreign-based multi-national companies operating in the U.S. and abroad.
Mr. Snyder speaks widely on corporate topics, including presentations at the Entrepreneurship Institute’s annual President’s Forum and the Association for Corporate Growth. He has also been retained to provide expert witness testimony on corporate and securities issues.
Mr. Snyder has been recognized by his peers as an Illinois Super Lawyer (2007 edition).
