Theresa Mary Peyton is a Shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team. With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Peyton dedicates her practice to serving clients in a wide variety of aircraft finance transactions.
She has extensive experience as special counsel representing lessees, lenders, finance companies, equity participants and export credit agencies in connection with a range of matters. These include secured loans, U.S. and cross-border leveraged lease financings, finance and operating leases, and securitizations involving aircraft, rolling stock and plant machinery equipment.
