Joshua A. Dunn is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Litigation practice area. He is also involved in the firm’s Records Management, eDiscovery and Data Privacy subpractice area.
Mr. Dunn counsels and represents clients on a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, including actions for breach of contract, securities fraud and other business tort matters in both US state and federal court. He represents clients in litigation and arbitration matters brought before FINRA.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Dunn served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. While at Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Dunn also interned with the United States Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of New York and the New York City Law Department.
