Marie H. Godush joined Vedder Price as an associate in 2006 as a member of Vedder Price’s Finance & Transactions Group. Ms. Godush focuses in the areas of finance, banking, and subordinated lending. Her practice includes representing lenders and borrowers in various loan transactions, including asset based loans, smaller direct loans from local regional offices and large syndicated corporate credit facilities, including secured and unsecured credits. She has also counseled private capital funds in various acquisition transactions and mezzanine finance transactions involving various subordinate debt and equity components, including senior subordinated notes, warrants, and preferred stock.
