John’s practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions. He has represented clients in acquisitions, dispositions, office and industrial leasing, and has assisted developers in obtaining zoning approval for residential developments. John also represents lenders in finance transactions involving real estate, and has represented borrowers and lenders in construction loan financing.
