Corey L. Zarse is an associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office. He counsels and represents clients on corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on investment company and investment adviser matters.
Prior to Vedder Price, Mr. Zarse was awarded an Indiana Certified Public Accountant's license. Additionally, Mr. Zarse earned his M.B.A. majoring in finance and minoring in entrepreneurship and corporate innovation. While earning his J.D./M.B.A., he helped found the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and the three-year J.D./M.B.A program at Indiana University - Bloomington. He also previously served as a PILI fellow at Indiana Legal Services.
Mr. Zarse’s former work experience includes business analysis as a strategic planner at an international airline, investment advice as a retail investment adviser at one of the nation’s largest brokerage firms and accounting audits as an accountant at a regional CPA firm.
