Rebecca Ptaszynski joined Vedder Price in 2007 as an associate in the Litigation Practice Area. She counsels and represents clients on a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, including contract, commercial and tort litigation. Ms. Ptaszynski is also involved in Pro Bono work at Vedder Price.

While at John Marshall, Ms. Ptaszynski was an associate justice on the Moot Court Executive Board and participated in the American Bar Association moot court competition, the National Moot Court competition and the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria. Ms. Ptaszynski was awarded Honorable Mention Respondent’s Memorandum at the Vis competition and was also a semi-finalist at the National Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Ptaszynski served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert J. Gettleman in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
