Rebecca Lynn Dandy joined Vedder Price as an associate in the Litigation Practice Area. Mrs. Dandy counsels and represents clients on a wide variety of business and commercial disputes, including actions for breach of contract, securities fraud, restrictive covenant violations, and other business tort matters in both state and federal court. Mrs. Dandy has also represented clients before the American Arbitration Association and FINRA.

Mrs. Dandy is also involved in the firm’s Records Management and eDiscovery subpractice area. She regularly counsels clients on various aspects of records management, including developing and implementing enterprise-wide records retention schedules and electronic communications policies. She has spoken on several topics relating to records retention, e-mail and electronic discovery, including records management issues and concerns in the health and medical industry.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mrs. Dandy served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Robert J. Gettleman in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
